To get the latest Flash plugin go here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
If you have the latest version of Flash, then you need to enable active scripting: Enable Active Scripting:

1. ...in your Internet Explorer Web Browser under the Tools menu and clicking Internet Options ....or by going to Control Panel > Internet Options in Windows 2000/XP/Vista
2. On the Security tab, click Custom Level.
3. In the Security Settings box, click Enable under Scripting > Active scripting.
4. Click OK, and then click OK.

If that still doesn't work, then perhaps you need to enable ActiveX: Enable ActiveX:

1. ...in your Internet Explorer Web Browser under the Tools menu and clicking Internet Options ....or by going to Control Panel > Internet Options in Windows 2000/XP/Vista
2. On the Security tab, click Custom Level.
3. In the Security Settings box, click Enable under ActiveX controls and plug-ins > Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins.
4. Click OK, and then click OK.
